As of this afternoon, 7/26/2022, Morgan Stanley Bank is the new rate leader in new issue, non-callable, brokered CDs in terms from 1-year to 5-year. These are currently offered at Fidelity and Vanguard.

1-year @ 3.10%

18-month @ 3.20%

2-year @ 3.35%

3-year @ 3.45%

4-year @ 3.50%

5-year @ 3.55%
