Chartway just updated their terms and are going full-on Arbitration.

However, you can Opt Out within 30 days, either by US Mail or Email.

Here's the instructions on how to opt out of their new Arbitration provision:

"2. If you do not agree to be bound by this Resolution of Disputes by Arbitration provision, you must send us written notice via mail at 5700 Cleveland Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, or email at [email protected] that you reject the Resolution of Disputes by Arbitration provision within 30 days of account opening or within 30 days of receiving this notice, whichever is sooner, including the following information: Your name, as listed on your account, the last four digits of your account number, the date, and a statement that you reject the Resolution of Disputes by Arbitration provision."
