I saw this new issue today:

Federal Farm Credit Bank, CUSIP 3133ENY87

Dated 11/09/2022, maturity 11/09/2023, price 100.00, 5.05% coupon, Callable 05/09/2023 @ 100.00, S&P AAA

The coupon is about 30bps higher than the 52 week T-Bill issued yesterday, and much higher than any (unrestircted) 1 yr CD I have seen.

It's callable but could be a good short term option. Not sure if these are state taxable or not. You'll have non callable 60 month cd's well above that if youre willing to wait a few weeks.
