Interesting development but the encouraging sign is that they haven't completely disappeared unlike November despite the Treasury yields tanking-though looks like they're bouncing back a bit today.

Don't see it on Schwab, is it still there? I think the Morgan Stanley ones are almost finished. But every time I say that they issue $20,000,000.

Yeah the 60 month Morgan Stanley 4.9% popped back up on Fidelity today...plenty available. Settle on 3/23. Will be curious to see if Morgan Stanley continues the trend and releases 5% 60 month later this week.

Interesting to see Goldman Sachs back in the game. The last time I recall seeing a Goldman Sachs new issue, non-callable, brokered CD offered at any brokerage was around April 2022 when rates were much lower.

As of 3 PM ET today, Morgan Stanley Bank and Morgan Stanley Private Bank 5-year @ 4.90% new issue, non-callable, brokered CDs were no longer available at Fidelity or Vanguard.

Only Discover popped up on Schwab today with 2000 4.75% five year only, no Synchrony or Amex. Still about 3000 left of Morgan Stanley 4.9%.
