Is There a Tech Issue on Site Now For Making a Comment

Tried to make a short comment a couple minutes ago, but it didn't show up under that thread. So retyped it & hit "submit" again, but still didn't work. (~12:10 PM EST) (Had no problem earlier today)

12:28 PM EST : Definitely something weird going on - tried again - made sure I was typing in comment box that appeared after I hit the "Reply" button (thinking maybe I had typed in the overall comment box at top of thread), but still no go.

Update : SORRY - apparently there's sometimes a long TIME DELAY before a comment appears! I ended up with 3 identical comments, then tried to use "edit" to delete them, but learned that "edit" only lets you revise, not delete. (Previous comments I made appeared instantly, so thought they always do)
