This is typical of Goldman. It's equally difficult to transfer money out of Marcus

The only time I put money into Marcus or out of Marcus is when they offer the $100 bonus. No problems encountered. Currently have $1 in the account.

I just read that. I think the problem is as stated in the article newly opened accounts throw off AML alarms when this happens. Wrong or right I understand both parties the bank needs to protect deposits from fraud. But at same time its a liquid account and people need to be able to access it. There should be a happy medium somewhere. I do believe its because all the new accounts open then immediately trying to transfer out
