Marcus Wire Transfer Request Turned Down

I requested a wire transfer to move funds out of my Marcus account but the request got declined yesterday. The money had been in the Marcus account for only last 10 days - I'd pulled it into the account by ACH. The CSR offered to transfer it back to the originating FI but not to another FI - she said that the funds need to be in the account for at least 30 days before they could possibly allow it (and they could also decline it again). This seems to be something new - I'm quite certain I have done something like this before without a hitch. Has anybody else had a similar experience with Marcus recently? Any suggestions for getting the money out, other than returning it to the original CU?

I had experience same thing. I was advice that money need to be in account fit 60 days. I had to transfer them back to my original account as they refused to send to another account. I use to have high balance but now I've less than 100 dollars. It's useless to fight with them. Just close the account and move on
