I don't currently have any active accounts with them, but I can still log in as a member, so I just logged in and changed my PW and assume that might be good for now in case I do want to deposit something with them at a future date after their upgrade.

I attempted to add an external account and received a message that secure connection failed.
I would appreciate any information re other folks' experiences re retaining or adding external accounts. Thank you.

SSN, BD, Emails ... was on hold over an hour to get customer service. DO NOT expect reasonable response time from them, especially with BOTH their system changes, and this new special.
mariafalter | | 167 posts since 2010I also had a problem logging in. A representative manually helped me to restore access. I did it via chat. Took a couple of minutes. No phone calls needed. But they didn’t “lose” me: they could see that I’m a member. It was just a log in issue.
