How See Private Messages?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how do I see private messages? I read something about an icon in the upper right corner but I don't see that icon. Thanks.

My name isn't on the top of the page. Sams1985 stated the answer. I'm using my phone.

You can only see it if you're using the desktop version of the site. For some reason, it doesn't appear on the mobile version.

On the mobile version, click anyone's username and click send PM. You'll then be taken to the my account screen where you can click the Private messages. It's a loophole to get the messages screen.
