Just a quick thank you to and for Ken, his team and for the readers for another great year keeping us up to date on the best rates and the quirks of some of the credit unions and banks.

We all have benefited greatly for many years on this site and the new readers are also learning how helpful deposit accounts is and all the ways to save for each of us in our own situations.

I have been a long-time saver and reader of DA. Here are my most recent benefits from reading DA:
Thanks to this site, in Oct 2022, I opened a Treasury Direct account and bought my first I savings bond. Thanks to this site, in Nov 2022, I bought my first brokered CD. Thanks to this site, in mid 2023, I started buying 4-week T-bills at Treasury Direct. Thanks to this site, in Oct 2023, I did partial transfers of assets (brokered CD's) from Charles Schwab to Vanguard and transferred cash from not so high yield savings accounts to Vanguard Federal MM Fund and Vanguard Treasury MM Fund. And thanks to this site, just last week, joined US Dog Agility Assoc and opened a certificate at Advancial FCU, through a shared branch, that turned out to be less than a mile from my home.
Thanks to this site, we have all learned so much from reading Ken's writings and from all of us savers, writing about our own experiences. Thank you again, Ken, and thank you to all of you savers, for sharing your own experiences and writings, and for the continuing education and valuable financial advice! Happy New Year to all of you!

This site is great and has great information. I would say that the members that post in the Forum area have taken the site to a higher level and timely updates on available rates
