The e-Statement system at All In CU in Alabama has been down since the start of the year. Their mailed statements also are delayed. You cannot get your latest e-Statement until they can get the system fixed. (I gather it's actually the statement processing system that is broken, as this affects the mailed statements too.) They told me Thursday that they are working on it, it still is not up today, Jan. 6. Late yesterday they sent a notice to customers, which I have posted at:

Sounds like an issue with a 3rd party impacting several CU’s.  Advancial is having the same issue. See banner at the top of their website below:

Update: System is coming back at third-party that does the statements. (Robb was right, it was a third party, and who knows how many places involved.)

All In CU just sent an e-mail saying the vendor will start mailing statements this Saturday, Jan. 13. E-statements will be available sometime "next week." They say they will notify on the e-statements site about that, that is, in your online account.
December 2023 Statements Update

Our statement vendor has informed us that paper statements are in production and are expected to be in the mail no later than Saturday, January 13.

If you receive your statements electronically, your e-Statement will be available next week. Updates on the availability of your statement will be shared on our e-Statement site.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to work with our vendor to get your statement information to you.

Thanks for the update.
That vendor's Vic-20s and TI-99 4/As must have blown a fuse. Maybe they've upgraded to SpectraVideo 318s and APF Imagination Machines.

All In CU has given an update. It says the vendor, who is the one with the proboem causing all this delay, has delivered them to the post office today. It previously said that was expected last Saturday. It now says it expects electronic statements to be available sometime next week. A week ago, it said that was expected this week.

I also note, All In says all tax forms will be mailed out on paper on Monday, no matter the status of e-statements or whether you recieve e-statements or paper statements. And they are waiving the fee for January for paper statements.

(I have no idea what the situation is with other financial institutions that use this vendor.)
December 2023 Statements Update

Our statement vendor has informed us that paper statements were delivered to the U.S. Postal Service today, January 19.

If you receive your statements electronically, we expect your eStatements to be available in Online and Mobile banking by the week of January 22. Updates on the availability of your statement will be shared on our eStatement site.

Additionally, tax statements will be mailed to all members on Monday, January 22 regardless of whether you receive paper statements or eStatements.

Due to the issues with our statement vendor, All In will not charge a paper statement fee for January. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work with our vendor to get your statement information to you.

Eastman Credit Union that serves parts of Texas, Tennessee and Virginia is experiencing similar issues.
They posted this on their website:

December’s Statements Arriving Soon!
The vendor that processes and prints ECU’s monthly statements and notifications experienced a service outage that resulted in a delivery delay. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Our vendor has restored their services, and December’s statements should arrive soon. In addition, our vendor anticipates that all statements and notifications will resume normal delivery beginning in February.

All In CU just sent me an e-mail saying the December statements are finally available in your online account, along with the 1099 tax forms.

They note that while you can now get your December statement, your previous month's statements will be available soon. Sounds like they had to start things up fresh, I supposed make a new page, and will be migrating over the previous month's statements to the new page. Noting again, the issue was with an outside vendor. The problem started more than three weeks ago!
