FYI - I love their rate specials, but be aware that Customer Service is lacking .... as in VERY LACKING. Tried to login .... says my account is LOCKED.

Called CS to get help, and they said they would have someone call me back in 2-3 business days. NOT acceptable.

Don't wait until the last moment to take actions with them. It may take a long time to get someone who can help.
