Good Friday is not a national holiday and the Fed will not observe March 29th as a holiday. Most financial institutions will be open this coming Good Friday. However:

Good Friday is a state holiday in these states:

Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Texas, Tennessee

If your financial institution is in one of those states, and if you will require service on Friday, it would be a good idea to check with them in advance.

In fact regardless where you live if you have something really pivotal happening Friday, where you must be certain of in person access to your financial institution, it might be smart to check with them. Better safe than sorry.
