Highest Current Rate

Well this is now the highest current savings account rate. I am giving it a try but a few cautions.

They charge a $10.00 fee for all incoming wires and their process to do ACH from their website seems to take 3 or 4 days. Wonder what it would be initiating the transactions from my primary banking site.
