Still far from its 2023 highs, but at least they're getting close to 5%:

36 month Online CD: 4.60% (was 4.50%)

48 month Online CD: 4.70% (was 4.50%)

60 month Online CD: 4.80% (was 4.50%)

Be aware that BMO Alto’s disclosure statement ( https://alto.bmo.com/pdf/online-cd-deposit-account-disclosure.pdf ) contains the following wording regarding certificates of deposit: "We reserve the right to permit withdrawals of principal only upon maturity. If we permit you to make an early withdrawal of principal before maturity, you will pay an early withdrawal penalty."

"We reserve the right to permit withdrawals of principal only upon maturity."

That's some pretty confusing language.
