What a great rate if you live in South Florida a 21-month CD For 5.60 here is the number 954-678-0100 they are located in Fort Lauderdale. Great people to talk to I tried to get in there have to live in south Florida they just change the rules it use to be anybody could join what a bummer.

I got this deal. I also recently got their 5.75% APY deal for 18 months. It was replaced by current 21 month 5.60% APY deal.

This bank has only been around for a couple of years and I'm pretty sure they are still losing money. So just stay under FDIC limits.

Their home page says Florida residents only. So I don't think it's restricted to south Florida (where I live).

They told me South Florida only it does not matter for me anyway I live in California. And I went with Credit Human.
