Just a heads up for those ready to get a shorter-length CD: it's getting towards the end of the month, which means possible rate changes. Nasa still has their 9-mo and 15-mo specials (10k new min). With Nasa, one has 10 calendar days to fund the CD after it's created, and before it's funded you can cancel the CD in those 10 days without a fee if something better comes up.
