Thanks for that info. Nasa has had the same rate and length (5.4% APY for 15mo) with a 10k min, but that may (or may not) disappear after this week. Good to know SDFCU has a similar product. SDFCU's page says it's slated to last until 6/30, but can change at anytime. SDFCU's APY is actually 5.41%. Nasa advertises "5.40%" by rounding it up, but Nasa's is actually 5.399% (5.270 rate = 5.399%),
