Since 1:00pm EDT today, the 4.00% Texas Exchange Bank 4-year, 3-year, and 2.5-year non-callable, new-issue brokered CDs were not available at Fidelity. Since 1:00pm EDT today, the Texas Exchange Bank 4-year, and 3-year CDs were also not available at Vanguard. At 1:00pm EDT today, the Texas Exchange Bank 2.5-year (maturity date: 5/17/2027) CD was available (quantity: 5,416) at Vanguard but a few hours later, it too was not available.

Vanguard has added more Texas Exchange Bank Ssb FDIC #20099 and as of 12:45 pm EST has (4232 quantity) remaining for sale. 4.00% interest payable monthly, Settlement date is 10/21/24, Maturity date is 7/12/28, so the term is approximately 3 months 9 days short of a 4-year. It is not available for Texas residents.
