Missing Credit Unions on the big list of credit unions open to anyone

Tower Federal based in Maryland is open to anyone nationwide with a $35 donation to the Tower Cares Foundation.

Service Credit Union based in New Hampshire is open to anyone nationwide via membership in the American Consumer Council.

I have found numerous other in my searching & Googling missing that supposedly let anyone join by donating to/joining random whatever's, but these are two credit unions I've personally joined living in Minnesota that I can personally confirm.
