Highest Yield Since 2007.

(Bloomberg) -- The US government’s monthly auction of 10-year notes drew the highest yield since 2007 after the latest economic data suggested that the Federal Reserve is less likely to cut interest rates again before mid-year. Interest rates just don’t want to go down. 10 year just under 4.7%.

Good for all of us who love CDs, but the young people starting out trying to buy a house it’s hard for them.

That may have been referencing the 20 year which closed @ 4.983% today the highest level I could find going back to 2007. Either way long rates continue to run but wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Fed end the QT program sooner than later.
