Goldman Sachs Bank USA, NY has today added 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year at both Charles Schwab brokerage and Vanguard brokerage 4.30% non-callable, new-issue brokered CDs, payable semi-annually, all settlement dates 03/04/2025.

I'm seeing 4.30 paying monthly on Vanguard. My IRA is getting killed since January 21.
