I just did two exact ACH pulls from funds at Synchrony---One initiated from Ally and the other from Cit---Both with pull date of 6/10---Incoming funds would be in account and available on 6/12 with Ally---With Cit not available, ( because of a 7 day hold ), until 6/20---That is a huge difference---Personally I have several accounts with Ally and will be using them as a hub going forward when I need quick availability---I like Cit a lot, so will be using them for ACH's when I don't need the funds asap.
