Bank of St. Petersburg is offering some attractive rates on its promotional CDs. These includea a 3.56% APY 6-month CD and a 3.76% APY CD with terms of 12 and 18 months. The minimum deposit is $1,000.

It appears that a branch visit is required to open accounts. Branches are located in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Oldsmar, FL. The bank has been FDIC insured since 1985 (FDIC Certificate # 26280).
