Prudential Savings Bank
Prudential Savings Bank is offering a special 9-month CD with a yield of 4.00% APY. The minimum deposit is $5,000. Refer to the bank's rate table for more details.

Note, at the bottom of the rate table it states that deposits are accepted at their discretion. So they may only accept local deposits. Branches are located in Philadelphia and Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.

The bank appears to be financially healthy based on the financial rating services: 5 stars (superior) from BauerFinancial and 3 stars (performing) from Bankrate.com. Both are based on 3/31/08 data. The bank has been FDIC insured since 1938 (FDIC Certificate # 30011).
