Clayton Bank and Trust is advertising a 4.04% APY 4-month CD. The minimum deposit is $400, and the maximum deposit is $400,000. This special doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. It was advertised in today's Knoxville News Sentinel. The ad is available online here.
