Parke Bank
Parke Bank has a CD special with a 2.15% APY and a 15-month term. It's also available in an IRA. Minimum deposit is $500. The bank is also offering a special 2.00% APY on its Preferred Savings Account for balances of at least $2,500. These specials are listed at the bank's deposit rates page as of 8/20/09.

It appears that a branch visit is required to open an account. Branches are located in the New Jersey cities of Sewell and Northfield and in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The bank's ratings for safety and soundness are strong: 4 stars (excellent) at BauerFinancial and 4 stars (sound) at Bankrate.com. Both ratings are based on 3/31/09 financial data. The bank has been a FDIC member since 1999 (FDIC Certificate # 34888).
