2.50% 12-Month CD at DOCO Regional FCU in GA & NC - Local Only

DOCO Regional Federal Credit Union is offering some competitive rates on its share certificates and IRA certificates. The most competitive include a 1.75% APY for 6 months, 2.50% APY for 12 months and 2.75% APY for 24 months. Minimum deposit is $500. These rates are listed in the credit union's share rates page as of 10/29/09.

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school in one of the following Georgia counties: Baker, Calhoun, Colquitt, Clay, Dougherty, Early, Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, Terrell, Webster and Worth. You can also be eligible via select employer groups and via family. Please refer to the credit union's who can join page for more details. Membership requires a minimum $5 balance in the regular share savings account.

Branches are located in the Georgia cities of Albany, Americus, Eastanollee, Leesburg, Pelham, Tifton and Toccoa, and in the North Carolina cities of Andrews, Brevard and Marion.

The credit union's ratings for safety and soundness are above average: 4 stars (excellent) at BauerFinancial and 3 stars (performing) at Bankrate.com. Both ratings are based on 6/30/09 financial data. The credit union is federally insured by the NCUA (Charter # 12999).
