RTN FCU (Easy Membership) Has Competitive 37-Month CD Special
Massachusetts based RTN Federal Credit Union (RTN) has just concluded its "Celebrating 70" anniversary year campaign, which included events, prizes, and special promotions for its members.
RTN has started "Year 71" with a 37-month Share Certificate Special (1.70% APY). This limited-time promotional offer requires a minimum opening deposit of $1K and has no balance cap.
The 37-month Share Certificate Special is also offered as an IRA (Traditional, Roth, SEP, and CESA) earning the same APY. The minimum opening deposit is also $1K, except for the CESA, which only requires $500 to open.
As stated in the Truth In Savings Disclosure Statement, the Early Withdrawal Penalty reads as follows:
If your account has an original maturity of one year or longer, the early
withdrawal penalty will equal six months dividends on the amount withdrawn.
