Problem With Interest Checks From Navy Federal

I was wondering if anyone else is having this same problem with CD interest checks issued by Navy Federal.  My DP bought a CD some months ago and I was added as Joint on the account.  However, I noticed the CD monthly interest checks are mailed with just his name on the check.  I contacted them and was told it is just the way their computer prints them out.  They said they would try to add my name but to date they come with just his name.

Has anyone else had a joint account with Navy Federal and received interest checks with just one name on them?

I have never had a bank or other cu issued joint account checks this way.  Both names are usually always on the checks so each person can cash or handle the check.  Can't understand why Navy FCU has not set up their computer to issue checks correctly.  Just wondering why.  Thanks.
