There is an old saying "He who does not learn from History, is Doomed to repeat it".   What does it take for these people to understand  that they can't keep doing these things!  Here we go again.  I guess I won't even get the 6 cents interest I was getting after Chase pays all the fines they will owe.   It's so nice to end the day with good news. What would I do without your posts, SB?  (Probably "live" longer!  :)  )

BTW, does anyone know how this will affect Chase's customers?  Will they just get some fines and business will continue as usual?  Thanks for any info.
