PNC Bank $100 Offer Is Open To TX

Offer states that is only open to DC,DE,FL,IN,IL,KY,MD,MI,MO,NJ,OH,PA,VA,AND WI.

But, I (a Texan) tried the online application and recieved an account number and they have accepted the opening deposit. I then tried it again and opened an account in my wife's name -- same result.

ALSO, they accept a debit card for the funding of the account, so i get a POS for my rewards accounts to boot.
