TIAA Direct ACH Pull Question

Can anyone tell me how quickly money actually moves when you do an ACH transfer from an external bank linked to your TIAA Direct MM account?

TIAA warns it could take several days . . . but so does Alliant when in reality, at Alliant, the money takes only one day to move.

I'm asking about an ACH pull that is initiated from TIAA Direct.
