Field of Membership Restrictions

Membership in 121 Financial Credit Union is open to those who live, work, or attend school in the Florida counties of Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, or Union. Current or retired employees of a telecommunications company (BellSouth, AT&T, etc.) also qualify for membership. Family members of a current 121 Financial membership are eligible to join.

Ok, their customer service is zero. I waited 28 min for someone to answer the phone and when it was answered she said can i put you on hold to research she never came back to the line now we are at 47 minutes and I finally hung up how is this ok? Terrible terrible service.
