Long Time To Open CD
Dear banks and CUs, Why is opening CDs a two week to one month process? Filled out app, told it was denied- how can that be? Is it my locked credit report? No- they need a "wet" signature. What? I'm out of state. Can't process my license could I send a scan? Why not put all the prep work required for account opening up front in a list ? Seems like there are lots of opportunities for efficiency. We are ready to give you money in return for your good rate.Why make it hard to do business with you?
VISA Chargeback Service Is Incompetent
Well let's see... until you try to use the chargeback service they claim to provide, you won't realize how much they couldn't care less in assisting a valid dispute where I ordered 4 chairs online from LOWES.com and only received 2 chairs. I have been trying to resolve with LOWES and now with the AE FCU Visa Chargeback services since July 1 (almost 2 months ago) they keep closing the issue saying, we never received any documentation (well I faxed it 2x and snail Mailed 1x), or now the issue is that too much time has gone by... NO KIDDING? WHOSE FAULT IS THAT? I've been calling every week for a status... Can't speak to the group that actually handles the issue.
