This bank is the worst! I had someone steal money from me, commit fraud, and the bank wouldn't do anything about it. The way this bank handled this was to not notify me of the issue, believe the thief, block my Zelle account (which Zelle can't even unblock it to help me out), close my account, and then send me a letter threatening legal action against me if I try to contact the bank or go to a branch.

A branch manager told me, "sometimes you're just SOL." She is now denying it and the bank believes her. This manager is being investigated for something else, so not sure why they took her side.

I have filed complaints against this bank with the FDIC, Federal Trade Commission and more, all that they do is forward the complaints to the bank, who in turn sends me a letter threatening legal action again and claiming no wrong doing of their part.

Bank anywhere else! This bank keeps getting bought out and they use a third party for their ATMs, which means there is never money in the ATMs. The employees don't even bank there.
