The Single Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With In My Life.

Customer service has no idea what they're doing, every single person gives you different information than the last. I got hacked and credit karma still won't give me my $900 back claiming that I approved it when they have tons of evidence to the contrary. Some agents are legit rude. The highest person you can speak to is a supervisor but none of them know or can do anything. The people you need to speak to (specialized agents) will only communicate via email but will never respond back. Simply terrible.

Account Immediately Frozen After Opening

I thought I'd try one of these online only banks, what a disaster it has become.

Immediately after opening a Save account with CK and transferred in money from my existing financial institution, my account went into a "Frozen" status. Could not withdraw or transfer money!

Contacted customer support through their web form, it has been 3 weeks since first contact and is still not resolved. What recourse do I have to get my money back?!!?!!!

Nothing But Problems

I thought I'd take a chance on this new product, and I had intended to make a healthy deposit. But I had a terrible experience in trying to link another bank (you can only link one). Always got error messages with TWO different banks and pathetic customer service.

After weeks, I finally did link (not the one I wished to but a different one), and (exercising caution) deposited a mere $25. Now it's there and smiling back at me, but ...

Credit Karma refuses to give me my full account number (just the last four digits) or the bank routing number. I thought I just had to search diligently on the website, as is sometimes the case, but did not find it and (get this) Credit Karma has told me twice (and said in their FAQs) that they will not reveal this to their customers. Something about they don't want you to try to make withdrawals or deposits via ACH is the reason.

So I'm going to argue this one vociferously. Is it even legal to tell a customer they will not reveal their account number? I know they can make you jump through hoops but, come on, decline to provide it in any way at any time as a matter of policy?
