Those who live, work, or attend school in the Texas counties of Marion, Titus, or Upshur also qualify for membership, as do those who live, work, or attend school within a 10-mile radius of an ETPCU branch location in the Texas counties of Camp, Cass, or Franklin. Family members of a current ETPCU member or someone eligible to join also qualify for membership.
