Membership in East Texas Professional Credit Union is open to those who live or work in the Texas counties of Anderson, Angelina, northern Cherokee, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rusk, or Smith. Those who live, work, or attend school in the Texas counties of Marion, Titus, or Upshur also qualify for membership, as do those who live, work, or attend school within a 10-mile radius of an ETPCU branch location in the Texas counties of Camp, Cass, or Franklin. Family members of a current ETPCU member or someone eligible to join also qualify for membership.
