TERRIBLE Customer Service At Focus Bank
My account was charged a fee. I called to question it but 2 employees couldn’t answer my questions. One employee laughed at me like I was stupid, accused me of calling 20 times today when I had not, and hung up on me. This is the first and last time this will happen to me. I’ve been banking with them for about 15 year, but I guess I will be looking for a new bank.
