Meritrust Credit Union is headquartered in Wichita and is the 2nd largest credit union in the state of Kansas. It is also the 248th largest credit union in the nation. It was established in 1935 and as of September of 2024, it had grown to 363 employees and 118,905 members at 15 locations. Field of Membership Restrictions

Membership in Meritrust Credit Union is open to those who live, worship or work in Riley, Pottawatomie, Geary, Dickinson, Saline, McPherson, Harvey, Sedgewick, Sumner, Cowley, Butler, Marion, Chase, Morris, Lyon, Osage, or Douglas Counties in Kansas. Membership is also open to employees or retirees of The Boeing Company, its subsidiaries and Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., and members of Boeing employee associations.

New App Conversion Disappointment

Switched the web login to a mobile app. The transition made an existing member feel like they were an unwelcome intruder.

Tried to open a business account on a Saturday morning, but all branches were closed. Took our business to another credit union.

CD Rates are behind other credit unions.
