Banking in the Wichita Area
Wichita is a city in south-central Kansas. With a population of about 380.000 people, it is the largest city in Kansas. The Wichita metropolitan area has more than 650,000 people. Notable cities in the region include Hutchinson, Salina, Hays, Derby, Great Bend, McPherson, Newton, Dodge City, and Garden City.
Wichita is known as the "Air Capital of the World" because of the prevalence of aircraft manufacturing companies in the city.
