I hear of so many banks that provide not only terrible customer service, but charge outrageous fees and try again and again to take advantage of you. In my experience Rabobank has not been one of these banks. I've never had a bad experience with Rabobank, I've never had any outrageous fees, or found myself longing to take my business elsewhere. I've been with them for more than 7 years now and I'm still happy. Their website is very easy to use, I can manage my checking and my savings as well as ask questions online, and they even have an app for my iPhone that I can deposit checks with, so the fact that they don't have very many locations or ATM's not even an issue.
Customer service is not very good. When you have a problem hold times are very long. If you dispute a card transaction they will cancel your card. They say a new one will be issued in 7 to 10 business days but that's not the case. They do not care enough about their customers to take care of them. I wish I had a different bank.
