Have been a great customer to Radiant for many years, from way back when they were Sunstate Federal Credit Union. Since they changed to Radiant, customer service has steadily declined. An ATM rejected my Radiant Visa and my Radiant Debit card. I don’t think this was Radiants fault, but when I tried to contact Radiant every layer of customer service they have failed miserably. The text message system they have to ask me to verify if I was trying to use the card declined my prompt answer of YES. So I called customer service. After the typical 4 minutes of recorded runaround I was connected to a ruse and ignorant rep, we exchanged tense words when she could not confirm my identity in spite of me giving massive personal info. So I tried the “chat” method, which was a computer not a person and could do nothing to help me. So went to the closest branch where “Kay” addressed the ATM issue (thanks!) but starred blankly at me when I informed her of the customer service system issues and never offered the slightest apology or offered any solution or avenue to resolve those issues. I have started the process of transferring my direct deposits and all my accounts and loans to other institutions.
Damn shame, try some simple customer service and hire a person to answer the phone.
