Seacoast Commerce Bank is no longer doing business under that name because it has been merged or acquired. See the successor institution Enterprise Bank & Trust.
I've been banking with Seacoast for almost ten years now. I had been banking with a big, national bank previously and was pretty dissatisfied with the experience. I felt like I was one of millions of customers that the bank really didn't care about. At Seacoast I actually feel that they want my business. They're genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. When my son opened his first checking account they were so friendly. One of the senior banking executives actually took him in his office where they discussed what his financial goals were. I was really impressed. When I go inside to do banking, the tellers are all very friendly. I don't feel like I'm just one of many that they begrudgingly have to deal with like I felt when I was at the big bank. I had an issue with transferring funds from one account to another where I put the funds into the wrong account. I went into the bank and they handled it right away. I've never had that experience where they actually wanted me to come away from the experience happy. At the larger bank, I always got the feeling that they didn't care much either way. I have a checking account, a savings account and an investor's money market account with Seacoast so I believe I've experienced a lot that the bank has to offer. I couldn't be more happy going from a giant corporate bank to a smaller, local one. It's really the best fit for me and my family.
