Gratz Bank is our local community bank. They have 4 branches in surrounding areas. We have a checking , savings, and our mortgage through them. Not only is it conveniently located, they tailor their products to the customer. It is nice to go into the branch and they know who you are and call you by name. We wanted to do an addition on our home and we didn't have enough equity so they worked with us on a construction loan and then streamed that into a new mortgage for us. They assured us every step in the process and immediately answered all our concerns. We also have our payment directly withdrawn from our checking account which allows us further savings in interest. I would definitely recommend this bank to everyone for a personable and friendly experience. Banking shouldn't have to be stressful.
The Gratz bank is a small local bank just outside of town. They have 4 branches. I enjoy doing my banking here. They are not only close and convenient but their customer service is top notch. They know their customers by name and always greet with a friendly smile. They offer many products from a multitude of loans to savings options. If you find yourself in a situation and you don't fit one of their conventional products they work with you to customize the products to your needs. This is something the large banks do not do. We have a mortgage as well as a checking and savings accounts here. Occasionally we do vacation/christmas spending clubs as well. I have never had a negative experience. When my husbands aunt and father passed away within a month of one another, they worked with us to pay off his fathers mortgage and gave us a mortgage on his aunts house to cover that. In that mortgage we had a year to start paying on the mortgage so we had time to get the house sold. Very satisfied and best customer service overall.
