No Penalty Cds Listed?

IIRC, Ken used to post the best no penalty cd deals whenever he did his CD review summary. I noticed in the one posted today, and perhaps for the last couple, there was no mention of no penalty cds. Putting those words in a search box doesn't bring up anything useful. Anyone know how to see that on the site, or is that not possible?

A list of No Penalty CDs appears once every two weeks in Ken’s blog “Latest Liquid Bank Account Rates” not his blog “CD Deals Summary”. See https://www.depositaccounts.com/blog/bank-accounts-survey/ for the latest list.

Ken includes some No Penalty CDs in the Under 1-Year category in the CD Summary, but as RichardW stated in his comment, there is a list of NP CDs in the Liquid Summary.

The best one currently that I am aware of is CitBank 11 month no penalty at 4.90% APY---If you find better, post it up.
