Archived Rates

I track a couple of my banks and get the rate change notifications for CDs, Money Market, etc.

Is there a way to see further into their history than just previous and New rates? For example, where can I find a bank's Money Market rates from one year ago? That history is really helpful in calculating the trajectory of future moves.

The answer to your query is "yes, but".

As to "yes":

Start by using the search box on the upper right hand area of depositaccounts.com

Here's an example, using PenFed Credit Union money market rates as an example.

1. Enter PenFed in the search box.
2. Click on "PenFed Credit Union". That will take you to this site's PenFed page,
https://www.depositaccounts.com/banks/pentagon-fcu.html
3.Click on "View all rates" (to the right of "Health Rating") or scroll down to: "PenFed Credit Union Money Market Rates".
4. Click on the yellow arrow, beneath "View Details".

As to "but":

Over the years, I've noticed a fair number of errors in the past rates, especially with respect to smaller financial institutions.
