Numerica Credit Union has two nice certificate specials: 4.16% APY 30-month CD and a 3.51% APY 10-month CD. The minimum deposit is $5,000. The 30-month CD has a maximum deposit of $50,000, and there's a bump feature that allows a one-time rate bump during the term.

This credit union also has a good deal on reward checking account that currently pays 5.01% APY (see post).

According to the membership application page, "Virtually anyone is eligible to join who lives, works or worships in Washington State or Bonner, Boundary, Benewah, Kootenai, Latah, and Shoshone Counties in Idaho."

Branches are located in the Washington cities of Spokane, Kennewick, Pasco, Wenatchee and Entiat, and in the Idaho cities of Coeur D'Alene and Hayden. The credit union is federally insured by the NCUA (Charter # 66841). It has $765.4 million in assets and 71,576 members.
