4.25% 12-Month / 4.40% 24-Month CD at an Arizona Bank (Union)

Update 8/2/08: The CD rates have changed. The new CD rates are 4.25% APY 12-month CD (min $5K) and 4.40% APY 24-month CD (min $5K). The title has been modified to reflect this change.
Union Bank is offering some very competitive CD rates. The best rates require a $50,000 minimum deposit. These rates include a 4.16% APY 12-month CD, a 4.47% APY 24-month CD and a 4.68% APY 36-month CD. The rates for CDs with a $500 minimum are 10 basis points lower.
It appears a branch visit is required to open an account. Branches are locatd in the southeast suburbs of Phoenix in the cities of Gilbert and Queen Creek.
The bank has a 4 star rating (excellent) at BauerFinancial based on 3/31/08 data. It has been FDIC insured since 1998 (FDIC Certificate # 34485).
